William Call, Technical Writer

Head of technical writing department for Writing Pro has seven years experience as a technical writer; writing mathematical and technical documentation, user's manuals, business proposals, and marketing brochures.  Three years as a technical editor, proofing papers for publishing.  Paper topics included mathematical treatises, geological papers, software and hardware manuals, and reference manuals.

Mr Call has twenty years as a software QA analyst, writing software requirements specifications, test plans, hardware and software procedures, scripts, business requirements, and user documentation.
